Lvmh, si punta tutto sulla cosmetica di lusso

Non c’è stato neanche il tempo per poter ammirare i frutti del grandissimo lavoro che è stato fatto nel 2022. Ora, infatti, per Lvmh è arrivato già il momento di riprendere il lavoro di “caccia”. Infatti, la ben nota conglomerata del lusso del marchio Arnault sta “battagliando con L’Oreal per acquistare una partecipazione in Aesop.

Quest’ultimo è il marchio australiano che si occupa di cosmetici di alta gamma, che è nelle mani del colosso brasiliano Natura & co, la cui valutazione si aggira intorno ai 2 miliardi di euro, in base a quanto è stato riferito da parte di Bloomberg.

Un’operazione che segue dopo pochissimo tempo un’altra notizia nota, ovvero che il marchio francese ha perso per pochissimo l’acquisizione di Tom Ford, visto che quest’ultimo si è accorpato con Estèe Lauder. Lvmh ha portato a termine il 2022 con una fetta di ricavi che si aggira intorno agli 80 miliardi di euro. Senza ombra di dubbio, in riferimento a tali dati, ha avuto un ruolo fondamentale il settore della pelletteria, che ha fatto registrare un incremento pari al 10%. Con l’ultimo trimestre, però, è arrivato un trend un po’ negativo, per colpa del mercato cinese, che ha fatto registrare un importante rallentamento.

Come dicevamo in precedenza, per il marchio LVMH, ovvero Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, il 2022 ha rappresentato un vero e proprio anno da record. Infatti, uno dei marchi più importanti a livello mondiale in riferimento all’ambito dei beni di lusso, ha fatto registrare un fatturato a dir poco clamoroso.

Basta solamente mettere in evidenza come nel 2022 abbia realizzato un fatturato che ha sfiorato gli 80 miliardi di dollari. L’utile da operazioni ricorrenti si aggira intorno ai 21,1 miliardi di euro ed entrambi questi valori sono stati registrati in forte aumento di ben il 23%.

Due settori come quello della moda e della pelletteria, scendendo un po’ più nello specifico, hanno fatto da vero e proprio traino. Infatti, l’aumento organico dei ricavi ha toccato addirittura il 20%. Gli utili che provengono da operazioni ricorrenti sono stati pari a 21,1 miliardi di euro, con un margine operativo che, in sostanza, non ha subito alterazioni di sorta rispetto al 2021.

Non c’è dubbio che i mercati che hanno fatto registrare i principali balzi in avanti sono quello europeo, quello degli Usa, ma anche quello del Giappone, che hanno potuto usufruire di una notevole domanda da parte dei clienti locali, senza dimenticare anche il trend in aumento dei viaggi internazionali.
