Il 25 aprile Si è tenuta al Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel di Singapore, la premiazione del World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.

La manifestazione ha celebrato i migliori talenti nel settore alimentare e bevande con la consegna di oltre trenta premi, tutti di pari prestigio dove Timothy Goh, maitre sommelier a capo del Gruppo Les Amis ha ricevuto il premio Le Cordon Bleu Restaurant Manager of the Year e il premio Top Wines Sommelier of the Year.

Le sorprese non sono finite qui, difatti Yong Bing Ngen, proprietario del ristorante Majestic è stato non solo riconosciuto congiuntamente dalla S. Pellegrino e Citibank con il premio Chef of the Year ma anche come Supportive Mentor Culinary Chef.
